Medical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Promote the company's products in the designated area and meet established sales targets.

• Oversee customer management in the target region, which includes creating and updating customer profiles as well as nurturing customer relationships.

• Fulfill all sales reporting requirements set forth by the company.

• Gather intelligence regarding competitors operating in the area.

• Adhere strictly to the company’s ethical conduct (OEC) policy.

• Implement the company’s marketing strategies effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of two years of sales experience in dermatology, biologics, or specialty pharmaceuticals.

• Prior experience in a foreign-funded company is preferred.

• Strong sales acumen and sound judgment.

• Excellent communication and verbal skills.

• A passion for sales, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

• A collaborative spirit and a willingness to put in hard work.
