This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture scientific relationships with healthcare professionals, investigators, and key opinion leaders to advance Medical Affairs goals.

• Provide accurate, balanced, and compliant scientific information regarding disease states, clinical data, and the ulixacaltimide profile.

• Facilitate prelaunch medical preparedness by educating stakeholders on new data, treatment approaches, and patient identification factors.

• Collect, synthesize, and relay field insights (e.g., unmet needs, treatment trends, clinical inquiries) to shape medical strategy.

• Identify and engage both emerging and established KOLs under the mentorship of senior team members.

• Collaborate across functions with internal partners to ensure coordinated execution of field activities.

• Represent Praxis at scientific conferences and medical meetings, capturing and disseminating pertinent insights.

• Maintain current knowledge of CNS/neurology disease areas, clinical data, and the competitive environment.

• Ensure that all activities adhere to regulatory standards, company policies, and industry norms.


⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or RN).

• Early to mid-career experience in medical affairs, clinical practice, clinical research, or similar roles in biotech/pharma.

• Strong capability to acquire and convey scientific and clinical information clearly and credibly.

• Proven ability to cultivate professional relationships with healthcare providers.

• Interest in developing expertise in the field, including insight gathering and scientific engagement.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Willingness to travel extensively (~60–80%).

• Experience in neurology or CNS disorders is preferred.

• Familiarity with payer/market access concepts is an advantage.
