This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify, map, and engage relevant healthcare professionals and accounts within both academic and community environments.

• Provide education to healthcare professionals and the broader healthcare community regarding disease states, products, emerging data, clinical trials, unmet needs, access barriers, and market dynamics.

• Gather and relay field insights to shape medical strategy throughout the product lifecycle.

• Create and implement strategic territory and engagement plans that align with the medical strategy.

• Organize scientific interactions with key accounts and facilitate clinical trials through pertinent medical activities.

• Act as a resource for therapeutic areas and GSK medicines for both customers and internal colleagues.

• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other internal partners.

• Engage in Field Medical or enterprise-wide projects that support medical strategies.

• Adhere to GSK policies and the Code of Conduct while completing necessary training, documentation, and administrative tasks.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within the designated territory.

• Doctorate in a clinical or medical field (PharmD, PhD, MD), or a master’s degree in advanced science, clinical, or healthcare (e.g., MSN, ANP, MS, MPH).

• Experience in oncology, the pharmaceutical industry, clinical practice, or academia.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in human pharmacology or pharmacotherapy, ideally within an oncology clinical environment.

• Experience in peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with medical professionals and decision-makers.

• Proficient in delivering medical-based presentations.

• Proven track record in identifying opportunities for medical engagement and setting scientific engagement objectives.

• Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with external healthcare professionals, experts, and internal stakeholders.

• Capacity to manage a multi-state territory with 60–75% travel.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

• Prior clinical experience with direct or indirect decision-making authority in patient care is preferred.

• Above-average computer literacy, including familiarity with AI and digital tools, is preferred.
