This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Engaging with the post-acute care sector, which includes long-term care facilities, home health and hospice agencies, as well as medical equipment providers.
• Delivering clinical and operational solutions to various levels of decision-makers.
• Marketing products such as incontinence supplies, skin care items, durable medical equipment (DME), advanced wound care solutions, and gloves.
• Cultivating a comprehensive understanding of Medline’s extensive product catalog along with its numerous value-added programs and services.
• Building significant relationships with new clients while enhancing connections with existing customers.
• Engaging in cold calling and prospecting to uncover new business opportunities.
• Showcasing new products and initiatives while educating customers on current industry trends and regulations.
• Preparing bids and negotiating contracts effectively.
• Taking ownership and demonstrating leadership within your territory, treating it as your own business.
• A Bachelor’s degree coupled with a minimum of 3 years of quota-based sales experience.
• Alternatively, at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience.
• Capability to sell effectively across different levels within a customer organization.
• Proven track record of identifying, connecting with, and closing new business opportunities.
• Proficient in complex sales strategies and approaches to offer solutions at multiple organizational levels.
• Experience in commissioned sales of tangible products.
• A history of demonstrable sales growth and consistent quota achievement.
• Ability to present various product lines effectively.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Consistent work history.
• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Capability to drive a car and spend 90% of each day traveling in that vehicle.
