This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Attain sales goals in dermatology by managing the territory budget effectively.
• Create and revise annual business plans for the territory by leveraging market insights.
• Formulate action plans for the territory utilizing essential data sources.
• Provide disease-oriented customer engagement and solutions centered on value.
• Finalize reports on expenses, calls, marketing, and field insights.
• Collaborate with alliance teams to meet mutual business objectives.
• Adhere to legal, regulatory, and company compliance standards.
• Operate strategically and prioritize actions to maximize customer impact.
• Be prepared to travel and work evenings or weekends as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
• At least five years of experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• MR Certification is required.
• Exceptional customer engagement abilities aimed at delivering value.
• Technical expertise and capability in disease and concept selling.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with a focus on audience engagement.
• Ability to independently execute strategic and tactical plans under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and email software.
• Experience in alliance partnerships.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings or weekends as needed.
• Commitment to completing training, safe driving practices, and adhering to company policies.
• Preferred knowledge in dermatology and experience in biologics sales.
• Current understanding of pertinent therapy areas and competitor brands is preferred.
• Established relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in dermatology are preferred.
• Fluency in English is advantageous.
