This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Uphold exceptional quality and productivity standards for all client programs while adhering to program scripts and guidelines.
• Thoroughly and accurately identify, address, and document all Information Requests, Adverse Events (AEs), Product Quality Complaints (PQCs), Special Situations, and other reportable information.
• Perform study compliance calls to volunteers participating in clinical/medical research trials.
• Enroll participants in educational seminars.
• Provide support to patients enrolled in Patient Support Programs.
• Gather demographic data and disposition information for product, sample, and literature fulfillment.
• Accurately collect information required by individual programs and ensure correct data entry into designated databases.
• Demonstrate effective communication, customer service, and telephone support skills.
• Interact with callers in an empathetic manner.
• Comply with all company policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed about current FDA regulations and relevant healthcare compliance standards.
• Protect patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with applicable data privacy laws and company information security policies.
• Conduct all activities in alignment with applicable U.S. FDA requirements, HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules, client specifications, company SOPs, and Philippine regulations.
• Maintain a secure and confidential home-working environment with dependable internet connectivity and appropriate business continuity measures.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently.
• Active registration and good standing with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Philippine Board of Nursing (or other relevant Philippine healthcare professional regulatory board).
• Familiarity with United States healthcare systems, medicines regulation, and pharmacovigilance requirements is preferred.
• Experience in Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance, Patient Support Programs, healthcare call centers, or related positions in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).
• Ability to maintain a secure remote work environment and adhere to company information security standards.
