Medical Information and Adverse Event Intake Specialist, Lithuanian, English, Foreign Language

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Provide telephone support to healthcare professionals and consumers concerning adverse events, product quality complaints, medical inquiries, product assistance, and other necessary requirements.

• Receive, assess, review, and process Lifecycle Safety operational data.

• Conduct data entry for tracking and Lifecycle Safety databases, code relevant medical terminology, compose descriptive narratives, generate inquiries relevant to the case, perform quality control, assist with reconciliation, drive case closure, and coordinate translations.

• Accept and document incoming phone calls or emails from investigative sites or other sources reporting safety data.

• Foster a positive, collaborative team atmosphere with Lifecycle Safety team members, lead by example, and provide training and mentorship for less experienced team members and operational staff.

• Establish and uphold effective communication within team project service operations.

• Collaborate with the Project Manager by proactively identifying issues and suggesting solutions.

• Engage in training across Lifecycle Safety process service offerings and participate in working groups as applicable for the implementation of new initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian, English, and another foreign language.

• Willingness and ability to acquire new skills across our Lifecycle Safety service lines.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, consistently maintaining high-quality standards.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Capacity to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.

• Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously, organize personal workload, and manage competing priorities effectively.
