This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +7 more states.
• Develop and enhance AMO's clinical network by identifying, engaging, and recruiting physicians, PAs, NPs, and clinical training sites.
• Perform strategic outreach utilizing email, phone, video, social media, and other communication platforms.
• Manage and prioritize a high-volume recruitment pipeline from prospecting to onboarding readiness.
• Leverage HubSpot and additional technology tools to oversee outreach pipelines, document activities, report on pipeline health, and shape recruitment strategies.
• Assess potential partners using knowledge of provider types, clinical specialties, credentialing requirements, licensure, board certification, Nursys, NCCPA, and related verification processes.
• Inform healthcare professionals and organizations about the benefits of partnering with AMO.
• Assist prospective partners in achieving onboarding readiness while adhering to SOPs and resolving issues independently.
• Negotiate educational stipends and gather necessary contractual and credentialing documentation.
• Ensure thorough and precise handoffs to internal teams.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Operations, and cross-functional teams to address school partner needs and adhere to placement timelines.
• Proactively communicate with external partners and internal stakeholders, including through LinkedIn.
• Identify enhancements to recruitment strategies, outreach effectiveness, and internal processes.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, provider relations, clinical coordination, credentialing, or a related healthcare field is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing KPIs, quotas, or performance metrics in a goal-oriented environment or adhering to deadlines in a clinical education context.
• Experience working with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and/or healthcare organizations is preferred.
• Strong understanding of provider credentialing processes, including licensure verification, board certification, Nursys, NCCPA, and related healthcare documentation.
• Experience managing CRM-based recruitment or business development pipelines; familiarity with HubSpot is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence healthcare professionals, handle objections, and foster long-term professional relationships.
• Comfortable using professional networks and social media presence, including LinkedIn, to create opportunities.
• Ability to learn and implement documented processes while exercising sound judgment and independent decision-making.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
• Capacity to prioritize competing initiatives, adapt to changing placement needs, and maintain urgency without compromising accuracy.

• Competitive base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 annually.
