This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Contribute essential insights into strategic and tactical planning, as well as budget management.
• Foster strong collaboration and shared leadership of products alongside colleagues in Global, US Medical, US Commercial, and various cross-functional teams.
• Design, implement, and execute clinical trials in the field of Neuroscience.
• Facilitate advisory boards and other interactions with Medical Experts.
• Create data generation plans and execute the medical communication strategy.
• Conduct training sessions for field force personnel.
• Engage in the development and review of promotional and non-promotional materials.
• Lead insights across medical functions, addressing clinical care gaps and strategies for NOGE.
• Cultivate positive relationships with Medical and Commercial teams, along with US and Global colleagues.
• A doctorate level degree (MD, PharmD, DO, or PhD in Health Sciences or a related field) or a Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician’s Assistant (PA) degree combined with significant relevant clinical experience is required.
• More than 5 years of experience in progressively senior roles within clinical development and/or medical affairs in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, or in academic institutions/clinical practice.
• Preferred experience in clinical research, including concept and protocol development, conducted in a pharmaceutical or equivalent environment.
• A solid understanding of clinical trial operations and experience in driving patient recruitment solutions is preferred.
• Proven track record of positive, productive interactions with Medical Experts and Investigators.
• Demonstrated ability to establish trusting working relationships with external medical stakeholders.
• Proven history of driving and managing complex projects to completion with urgency while effectively balancing multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively and collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, comfort with complexity, and a robust strategic, analytical, and conceptual thinking ability.
