Medical Director, MD/DO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary clinical representative for partner providers across various regions, showcasing Cadence’s care model with clinical expertise and uniformity.

• Collaborate with PRMs during clinic visits and maintain ongoing relationship management to enhance long-term program commitment.

• Articulate the clinical reasoning behind Cadence’s care protocols, data practices, and service provisions.

• Oversee the onboarding and training processes for new clinic partners.

• Address provider concerns with empathy, clinical insight, and a structured approach to strengthen partner relationships.

• Convert field insights into actionable intelligence for clinical, product, and engineering teams, directly influencing service enhancements and care model adjustments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid U.S. clinical license is mandatory; MD or DO.

• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, or a closely related discipline.

• Proven ability to cultivate trusted, long-lasting relationships with clinicians and clinical leadership across various practice environments.

• Knowledge of RPM, CCM, APCM, or similar digital health frameworks, including relevant Medicare billing and regulatory requirements.

• Skilled in Google Suite, Notion, and Slack; familiarity with AI tools is preferred.

• Willingness and capacity to travel approximately 2 to 3 days a week, with flexibility based on partner requirements; candidates must be located in the U.S. and reside within a reasonable distance of a major airport.

• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer-sponsored visa support.
