Medical Director, Care Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of clinical quality throughout the provider network, ensuring compliance with evidence-based guidelines and company care models.

• Perform chart reviews, audits, and quality assurance processes to uphold exceptional standards of care.

• Spearhead initiatives for clinical performance improvement.

• Directly oversee and manage providers, including NPs, W2 MDs, and 1099 MDs.

• Facilitate clinical onboarding and training for newly hired providers.

• Cultivate a robust clinical culture focused on quality, accountability, and ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD, DO, or NP with an active and unrestricted license.

• A minimum of 7 years of clinical experience, including telehealth or virtual care.

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in managing or supervising providers.

• Proven success in enhancing clinical quality and provider performance.

• Experience collaborating in cross-functional settings with operations and product teams.
