This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide clinical leadership and medical oversight for physicians, nurse practitioners, nursing staff, and health coaches delivering care across Ivím programs.
• Ensure that clinical services adhere to all relevant regulatory, legal, and ethical standards in the states where Ivím operates.
• Act as a clinical resource for complex cases, escalations, and provider support.
• Foster a robust culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, accountability, and patient-centered care.
• Facilitate alignment between clinical leadership, operations, and provider teams to guarantee consistent care delivery standards.
• Develop, review, and continually enhance clinical protocols, guidelines, and workflows in accordance with current medical evidence and best practices.
• Aid in the development and integration of new clinical programs, therapies, and care models.
• Assess emerging research, therapies, and innovations to inform Ivím’s evolving clinical offerings.
• Ensure clinical consistency and quality across programs while supporting individualized treatment approaches.
• Assist in provider onboarding, training, and ongoing clinical education to maintain uniform standards of care across the provider network.
• Engage in peer review, quality assurance, and provider performance evaluation processes.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and strategies to enhance provider performance and engagement.
• Offer education, guidance, and mentorship to advanced practice providers and physician teams delivering care across Ivím programs.
• Work with Patient Experience and Clinical Operations teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Ensure clinical decision-making promotes long-term patient health outcomes and continuity of care.
• Analyze clinical data and operational metrics to support evidence-based decision-making.
• Contribute to monitoring clinical outcomes, quality indicators, and care delivery performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across clinical workflows, protocols, and patient care models.
• Conduct patient consultations as needed as part of Ivím’s clinical care model.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while exemplifying best practices for providers throughout the organization.
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license (multi-state licensure strongly preferred or willingness to obtain).
• Board certified in a relevant specialty.
• A minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Previous experience working with or overseeing advanced practice providers (NPs/PAs).
• Strong understanding of telehealth delivery models, regulatory compliance, and multi-state practice considerations.
• Excellent clinical judgment, leadership presence, and communication skills.
• Experience in weight management, metabolic health, women’s health, hormone therapy, longevity, or chronic disease management is preferred.
