This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as both a practicing clinician and a clinical leader by directly overseeing a team of Clinical Leads, enhancing clinical quality and performance throughout the medical group, and serving as a pivotal voice in the responsible integration of AI into patient care.
β’ Collaborate with the medical group President to implement clinical vision and strategy, establishing expectations for performance, culture, and leadership development.
β’ Execute and supervise QA programs, clinical review procedures, and evidence-based clinical standards.
β’ Track clinical outcomes and patient safety metrics, spearheading remediation initiatives as necessary.
β’ Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, encompassing PC-MSO structures, multi-state CPOM rules, and HIPAA data security standards.
β’ Deliver direct patient care to address staffing shortages during peak demand periods, assuring continuity of care.
β’ Work collaboratively with Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams to facilitate safe and effective AI integration into clinical care.
β’ MD or DO degree.
β’ Valid, unrestricted medical license with the capability to obtain and maintain licensure across all 50 states and D.C.
β’ Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a comparable primary care specialty.
β’ Over 10 years of clinical practice experience as a primary care physician.
β’ 5-7+ years of leadership or clinical supervisory experience (e.g., Lead Physician, Associate Medical Director, Medical Director, or similar), with a verified history of managing and developing clinical teams at scale.
β’ Proven experience in developing or contributing to clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
β’ Advanced proficiency with EHRs, remote monitoring tools, and asynchronous communication platforms.
β’ Availability for a 1-in-2 rotating administrative on-call schedule and attendance at clinician meetings aligned with active clinical shifts.
β’ Willingness to participate in limited required business travel.
β’ Located in the United States, with the capability to provide active, on-platform clinical care.
