This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create and refresh content for commercial assets across various digital platforms, such as banner advertisements, emails, detailed sales materials, social media posts, and websites.
• Produce and revise printed materials, including posters, slide presentations, patient guidelines, sales documents, brochures, and conference resources.
• Develop promotional communication content that transforms scientific data into engaging copy.
• Condense larger pieces of content into concise, easy-to-read formats while preserving essential medical messaging and referencing medical literature.
• Ensure all content adheres to medical, regulatory, legal, and compliance standards, including Dutch legislation and client policies.
• Support content with credible, contemporary, and relevant references.
• Contribute to creative initiatives involving brainstorming and visual content for campaign-level activities.
• Collaborate with graphic design, branding, and production teams regarding copy requirements, briefs, workshops, and project deliveries.
• Follow departmental best practices concerning processes, communication, project management, documentation, language, grammar, stylization, content searches, summarization, data conflicts, and referencing.
• Produce copy drafts that meet the highest editorial standards.
• Engage in assigned training programs and fulfill tasks as needed.
• Participate in client calls as dictated by project needs.
• Utilize, oversee, and leverage AI tools to generate precise and relevant copy content.
• Comply with quality systems, processes, policies, training, specifications, confidentiality, and security requirements.
• Proficient English copywriting skills with a focus on the medical sector.
• Preferably holds a healthcare degree or master's degree, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3+ years of experience, including roles in-house or at an agency, working with clients in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Knowledge of local and region-specific regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with or intermediate understanding of medical topics; knowledge in respiratory and immunology, cardiovascular, renal and metabolic, and oncology therapy areas is advantageous.
• Excellent writing skills, conceptual thinking, and a solid understanding of the digital landscape.
• Strong skills in written and verbal communication/presentation.
• Relevant experience and expertise in SEO copywriting and keyword research is a significant plus.
• Awareness of the latest technical and scientific advancements.
• Strong ability to engage stakeholders and network effectively.

• Skills in identifying and solving problems.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, timeline-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in a large multinational organization within a matrix corporate structure is preferable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in native Dutch and proficient business English.
• Basic understanding of the CGR Code (Code Geneesmiddelenreclame) and the Dutch Medicines Act.
