This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Contract Manager in managing various documents for all contract coders, including monthly audits for each employee, renewal of credentials and qualifications, and assessments of necessary knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors for job performance. The MSR will summarize past month activities (work accomplished and percent complete for each MTF), outline planned activities and estimated completion dates, and provide a status summary of work initiatives and documentation updates. Enhanced data for each MTF will be included, offering insights for each COR responsible for the contract, such as coder-specific information categorized by accuracy and productivity levels. The MSR will also provide metrics on the number of records coded, accuracy rates, productivity rates by type of record, and a rolling 12-month view of billed dollar amounts for completed records. A summary page will give an overview of trends, and the MSR may include the Quality Control Inspection Report.
