Medical Claims Consultant – Aesthetics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive literature reviews encompassing clinical trials, real-world evidence, and consensus publications.

• Identify and assess new global and APAC-specific scientific publications pertinent to product claims.

• Review and verify existing claims for scientific accuracy and robustness.

• Evaluate the strength and quality of supporting clinical evidence for each claim.

• Classify claims based on the level of evidence (high / moderate / exploratory).

• Define the appropriate application of claims in communications directed towards healthcare professionals and consumers.

• Ensure all claims adhere to internal MLR and regulatory compliance standards.

• Refine claim language to ensure clarity, consistency, and scientific precision.

• Develop and maintain a systematic claims matrix along with a supporting reference library.

• Identify evidence gaps and suggest areas for future substantiation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in **Medical Affairs, Medical Information, Regulatory Affairs, or MLR (Medical-Legal Review).**

• Demonstrated experience in **promotional material review or scientific claims evaluation.**

• Strong capability to interpret and evaluate clinical literature and the quality of evidence.

• Experience in **pharma, medtech, dermatology, or medical aesthetics is preferred.**

• Knowledge of evidence grading frameworks and regulatory requirements.

• Ability to function effectively in a cross-functional environment (medical, regulatory, marketing).

• Exceptional attention to detail and structured, analytical thinking.
