This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Achieving sales targets through product promotion and providing medical information.
• Promoting cardiology products used in therapeutic programs within the assigned area in accordance with the current marketing strategy.
• Continuous development of product and medical knowledge in line with the Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC) and using this knowledge in customer interactions.
• Analyzing the territory for the fulfillment of sales objectives and seeking opportunities for sales growth.
• Monitoring and delivering market environment information to the direct supervisor.
• Timely planning and execution of promotional activities in accordance with the Territorial Business Plan and quality objectives for the given cycle.
• Managing the promotional budget according to the current situation and needs in the assigned territory.
• Reporting activities and expenditures in line with the established schedule.
• Ensuring product availability in hospital pharmacies and monitoring the situation in the field.
• Completed higher education.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative, with knowledge of the cardiology therapeutic area being an additional asset.
• Documented achievements in previous employment.
• Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to build effective relationships with key clients.
• Ethical approach to business.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, modern communication platforms).
• Category B driver's license and experience in driving.
• Medical knowledge of the product and therapeutic area at a level that allows for individual and group promotional meetings with specialist doctors.
