Medical Biller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and accurately submitting clean claims for your designated clinics.

• Promptly following up on denials and rejections with clarity and urgency.

• Posting payments, reconciling accounts, and proactively communicating with clinics.

• Assisting in the development of internal billing documentation and resources to facilitate knowledge sharing.

• Recognizing trends, payer issues, and process gaps while collaborating on enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in U.S. medical billing, including full-cycle billing.

• Proficient in working with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and workers’ compensation.

• Knowledge of billing systems such as Office Ally, Availity, Kareo, Epic, or comparable tools.

• Strong comprehension of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and the ability to interpret EOBs/ERAs.

• A confident communicator who is clear, professional, and capable of building rapport with clinic staff.
