This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Prepare patient charts for daily appointments.
• Manage and process prescription refills efficiently.
• Enter and oversee medical orders.
• Conduct follow-ups with patients via callbacks.
• Respond promptly to patient messages.
• Provide support for medical documentation.
• Assist with limited scheduling tasks when necessary.
• Maintain precise and organized patient records.
• Support daily clinical workflows and operational tasks.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and uphold patient confidentiality at all times.
• Preferred education or background in medical or healthcare fields, but not mandatory.
• Required previous experience in a healthcare or medical support role.
• Previous experience as a virtual assistant is preferred, though not essential.
• A medical license (RN, MD, PT, etc.) is not required, but clinical experience is highly regarded.
• Strong preference for experience with Elation or similar EHR systems.
• Experience in aesthetic, wellness, or integrative medicine practices is a significant advantage.
• Basic requirements include proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with clarity.
• Relevant work experience is necessary.
• Must be able to provide an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check prior to onboarding [mandatory].
• Availability for video meetings with the camera on when required is essential.
• Technical requirements include having a reliable laptop or desktop computer.
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) is necessary.
• Use of a noise-canceling headset for audio is required.
• A webcam for virtual meetings is essential.
• A quiet and professional workspace is mandatory.
