Medical Account Specialist II – Hematology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Engage with Oncology Experts and other key Oncology stakeholders within the designated geographical area.

• Communicate clinically focused selling messages to facilitate the launch of a bispecific agent aimed at treating malignancies in multiple myeloma (MM).

• Foster collaborations with various partners, including the Regional Director, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists.

• Proactively address customer needs, recognize market dynamics and trends, and devise strategies to align with brand and corporate objectives.

• Establish robust working relationships with designated accounts and specialists.

• Implement market profiling activities to gain a comprehensive understanding of regional and local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.

• Actively identify business opportunities within assigned accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications is advantageous.

• At least 5 years of proven experience in Oncology sales, with a preference for Hematology Oncology.

• Experience with buy and bill processes related to biologics is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience engaging with key thought leaders or influential customers in group practices, academic hospitals, and major institutions.

• Current experience in account management targeting large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.

• A strong understanding of the Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and the current Oncology market landscape is essential.

• Willingness to travel and manage extensive geographic territories.
