📋 Description

• Drive the cross-channel strategy for multiple client accounts by offering campaign insights and recommendations from the start to the finish of complex, global B2B initiatives.

• Collaborate with Client Services to manage and enhance the well-being of client accounts.

• Discover opportunities to integrate innovative media strategies and tactics into both current and future initiatives.

• Ensure that deliverables are in line with overarching strategies, and highlight key findings with actionable insights for ongoing media plan enhancement.

• Employ industry tools and research to provide education and insights for both client and internal team inquiries.

• Supervise the daily upkeep of media plans and address client requests and inquiries.

• Build relationships with media vendors, prepare and submit RFPs, assess proposals, and offer media perspectives.

• Work with Analytics on measurement frameworks that convert platform-specific KPIs to align with clients’ business goals.

• Guarantee timely and precise client billing and reconciliations.

• Remain informed about marketplace trends related to marketing, consumer behavior, and marketing technology.

• Instruct clients and internal teams on digital tactics such as programmatic advertising, partnerships, native advertising, and content syndication.

• Present paid media strategies to a wide array of clients, including intricate global B2B brands.

• Partner with TMP team members to formulate extensive campaign strategies.

• Utilize client insights and campaign briefs to establish a relevant target audience for campaigns.

• Possess advanced expertise in campaign and platform analytics, leveraging data to determine optimal budgets across various channels.

• Provide estimated performance forecasts based on media plan suggestions.

• Assess channel effectiveness against defined KPIs and anticipated business outcomes.

• Lead, train, and mentor Media Team planners, including developing training and educational materials to sharpen media strategy skills and knowledge.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations with direct reports, focusing on professional development, strengths, challenges, and obstacles.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in media, emphasizing digital planning, buying, execution, and optimization.

• Essential B2B marketing experience, including a strong grasp of the B2B media landscape, key media vendors, and their role in supporting demand generation and account-based marketing efforts.

• In-depth knowledge of standard media planning and buying processes along with relevant tools and industry trends.

• Solid understanding of paid search and paid social strategies.

• Strong familiarity with standard tracking, tagging, and trafficking tools (e.g., DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).

• Experience with self-managed programmatic campaigns is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively across multiple clients, programs, strategies, and team members.

• Experienced professional with a proven ability for client interaction and communication; capable of managing client requests and providing reasonable pushback when necessary.

• Proven capability to analyze data and results, identify trends and key insights, and drive content strategies.

• Management experience with at least one individual.

• An influencer who collaborates effectively with various groups and levels within the organization.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to edit others’ work and coach presentations.
