This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Design and oversee engaging media campaigns, including CPM, CPC, CPL, and various retargeting media placements.
• Plan and implement paid social initiatives across a variety of platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, TripAdvisor, and Pinterest.
• Manage Programmatic and Direct to Publisher agreements with vendors for display, video, and mobile advertising.
• Direct campaign activation across all mentioned channels.
• Cultivate vendor relationships, which include generating IOs, sending RFPs, collecting reports, and managing ongoing campaigns.
• Collaborate with account service, creative teams, and external media vendors to identify specific requirements for interactive advertising.
• Continuously optimize campaigns with media vendors.
• Work together with creative teams to ensure that the creative specifications of the negotiated plan are met.
• Actively share relevant insights about trends in interactive media with the planning group, agency stakeholders, and clients.
• Oversee media campaign monitoring, including daily, weekly, and monthly performance optimizations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews that reflect on the successes, insights, and recommendations from the previous month/quarter.
• Manage multiple projects at once and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
• Possess a thorough understanding of how advertising, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization interconnect.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends to continuously propose new ideas, concepts, tactics, and develop innovative strategic plans.
• Define, document, and implement processes that adapt to the evolving digital landscape, ensuring the agency remains ahead of the curve.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and utilize all available AI tools to enhance individual and team efficiencies.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in media planning and/or buying.
• Proficiency in Google Marketing Platforms, BI tools, LinkedIn Advertising Platform, Meta Business Manager, Campaign Manager 360 (DCM), and Google Suite is required.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of synthesizing data from various sources, identifying trends, reporting meaningful findings succinctly, and using data to inform strategy.

• Ability to operate efficiently and in an organized manner while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
