This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• At Sweat Pants Agency, we are seeking a performance media buyer capable of fostering growth through Meta ads for DTC and ecommerce brands.
• This position is ideal for someone who can manage paid media while also approaching it with a marketer's mindset.
• You will develop testing roadmaps, direct creative strategies, engage with clients, and assist in scaling successful initiatives.

• Take ownership of the paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients across Meta and TikTok.
• Create comprehensive creative testing roadmaps—develop angles, write briefs for editors, and assess what is effective.
• Manage advertising budgets that range from $30k to $1m per month for each client.
• Analyze the entire funnel—identify whether challenges stem from creative elements, offers, or conversion rates.
• Communicate effectively with clients—presenting results, plans, and next steps clearly.
• Collaborate with UGC creators—source talent, develop scripts, and direct content as necessary.
• You possess hands-on experience in scaling eCommerce brands:
• You have managed Meta Ads with actual budget allocations and can demonstrate results (CPA, ROAS, revenue).
• Bonus: You have built or operated your own Shopify store or eCommerce brand.
• You recognize the importance of creativity:
• You can derive insights from reviews, competitor ads, and comments to formulate new angles.
• You have experience writing UGC scripts or creative briefs.
• You can collaborate with editors to produce effective ad variations.
• Video editing or design skills are advantageous.
• You are a strategist, not just a follower:
• You question assumptions and adapt swiftly.
• You do not blindly adhere to "best practices."
• You can articulate your strategies and the reasoning behind them.
• You exhibit ownership and a sense of urgency:
• You treat it as if it were your own investment.
• You act promptly and ensure completion of tasks.
• You do not wait for instructions on what to do next.
