Media Buyer – Affiliate Lead Gen

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, launch, and expand Meta advertising campaigns focused on affiliate insurance offers.

• Craft original ad copy, video scripts, and innovative concepts for new campaigns and A/B testing.

• Partner with internal or freelance creators to produce high-performing UGC-style and scripted video advertisements.

• Regularly test hooks, CTAs, and variations in copy to enhance conversion rates.

• Evaluate performance metrics and optimize for CPL, CPA, CVR, and ROAS.

• Ensure campaign targeting and lead quality align with affiliate partners and call buyers.

• Keep track of Meta ad policies, competitor activities, and compliance changes in regulated sectors.

• Record insights, share successful strategies, and assist in developing creative testing frameworks.

• Manage campaigns from initial strategy and creative testing to optimization and scaling.

• Formulate campaign angles, messaging, hooks, headlines, and video concepts or scripts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Meta media buying, specifically in affiliate or lead generation.

• Familiarity with financial services policies in Meta.

• Strong understanding of Meta pixels and Conversions API (CAPI) setup.

• Excellent creative and copywriting abilities, particularly in direct-response ad copy and video scripts.

• Experience in developing and testing video ads from inception to final cut.

• Profound knowledge of direct-response principles, funnel optimization, and audience targeting.

• Proactive approach and capability to excel in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English at the C-level.

• Availability to work full-time during CST or EST-aligned hours.

• Direct experience in the auto insurance sector is highly preferred.
