This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.
• Oversee measurement and analytics initiatives for digital media and performance marketing campaigns.
• Evaluate the performance of cross-channel campaigns (Paid Social, Programmatic, Display, Video, CTV, etc.) and pinpoint optimization opportunities.
• Create measurement frameworks, key performance indicator structures, and test-and-learn programs.
• Convert complex data into actionable insights and strategic business recommendations.
• Utilize SQL and Python for problem-solving to aid in analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing, media, analytics, and client stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Assist in the rollout of new audience and media products.
• Mentor and guide analysts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality analytical outputs.
• Analyze Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) results and use insights to inform media investments, budget allocations, and campaign optimization strategies.
• Extensive experience in analyzing performance across various digital media channels.
• Profound understanding of media metrics, campaign optimization strategies, and performance measurement techniques.
• Proven experience in developing measurement plans, KPI frameworks, and executive-level reports.
• Capability to translate business inquiries into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
• Intermediate SQL skills, including the ability to query, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Proficient in Python for data analysis, automation, reporting, and evaluation of campaign performance.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in leading projects and/or managing analytics teams.
• Familiarity with media platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, CM360, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, and The Trade Desk.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Background in marketing effectiveness measurement frameworks, including attribution and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
• Understanding of testing and measurement methodologies, such as A/B testing, Conversion Lift, Brand Lift, Geo Testing, Attribution, and Marketing Mix Modeling.
