MedEquipTech, Aesthetic Clinical Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Conduct professional, on-site training for clients regarding the operation, safety, and maintenance of medical laser systems.

• Customize training sessions according to the customer’s clinical setting, type of device, and treatment protocols.

• Offer post-training assistance and follow-up to reinforce learning and build confidence.

• Keep precise records of training sessions, customer feedback, and device usage.

• Work collaboratively with MRP’s service and sales teams to identify additional training or device requirements.

• Create and submit accurate invoices for completed training sessions promptly.

• Represent MRP with professionalism, technical knowledge, and a customer-centric approach.

• Solid background in medical aesthetics devices.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

• Capability to adjust training style for diverse audiences (clinicians, technicians, practice staff).

• Willingness to travel to customer locations and work independently.

• Knowledge of energy-based devices and safety protocols.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and digital documentation tools.

• Previous experience in training related to aesthetic energy-based devices is essential.

• Clinical or technical certification in laser safety or device operation is advantageous.
