• Oversee the development of key project pursuit strategies within the mechanical sector

• Create comprehensive pursuit presentations and interview materials

• Organize preparation sessions for project interviews with OPCO leadership teams

• Assist in executing strategic marketing leadership initiatives

• 5–10 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, pursuit management, or business development

• Solid foundation in visual storytelling and content strategy

• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and presentation creation

• Proven experience in supporting business development and recruitment efforts
