This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Assist clients who speak English and Spanish by providing clear, straightforward communication regarding brand lift methodology, product features, roadmap, limitations, and best practices related to Cint’s Measurement products.
• Facilitate professional written and verbal interactions with clients in both languages, including email correspondence, reporting discussions, training sessions, troubleshooting, and live meetings.
• Simplify complex technical and methodological concepts into accessible communication for bilingual stakeholders.
• Continuously develop and maintain a current understanding of product updates and methodological enhancements.
• Educate and engage clients in the advertising and media sectors on Cint’s proprietary cross-platform campaign measurement software.
• Effectively delegate and oversee tasks across multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality with minimal supervision from management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to identify key customer challenges and advocate for product enhancements as the internal voice of the customer.
• Gather and analyze data from various sources, including Cint proprietary software, Excel, Qualtrics, and Salesforce.
• Help clients achieve their measurement objectives through proactive and clear communication to ensure that all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Adhere to best practices and standard operating procedures to work efficiently as part of an account team, recognizing project challenges, implementing solutions, and managing expectations.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Cint’s measurement products and internal software to effectively execute sampling strategies for concurrent research projects.
• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
• Ability to confidently engage in business discussions, lead client conversations, and convey complex information professionally in both languages.
• BA/BS degree.
• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in project management, customer success, account management, client services, or other relevant client-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to express complex or technical information in a straightforward manner.
• Comfortable speaking with clients via phone or video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.).
• Proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas and features such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• A robust work ethic combined with a self-motivated attitude and a commitment to achieving goals.
