Measurement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and suggest innovative measurement techniques for marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate on statistical modeling, experimental design for assessing incremental impact, customer analysis, and attribution-based evaluation.

• Leverage extensive datasets to uncover significant performance insights and identify areas for improvement utilizing R, SQL, and Python.

• Present findings to internal stakeholders at Power Digital, leading to actionable recommendations.

• Generate performance forecasts grounded in statistical analysis.

• Apply AI technologies to refine and enhance business operations.

• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem relevant to the department.

• Facilitate collaboration and delivery with team members through Asana.

• Achieve KPIs related to analysis quality, clarity, accuracy, timely delivery, and effective internal communication and teamwork.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing analytics.

• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel.

• Expertise in R or Python, along with SQL.

• Familiarity with ETL tools, including Funnel.io and Fivetran.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of data science principles, including statistical modeling, experimental design, statistical limitations, and the data infrastructure necessary for data science.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Strong focus on detail.

• Self-driven and capable of performing under pressure.

• Nice to have: Experience with digital data collection tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics).

• Nice to have: Experience with advertising platform reporting and data systems (3rd party pixels, product catalogs, and server-side tracking).
