This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Efficiently and accurately fulfill daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measurement appointments.
• Conduct in-home measurements, calculations, review quotes, and present findings.
• Establish, nurture, and enhance customer relationships.
• Assist with sales, address product inquiries, and coordinate installations within the Measurement Services center Field Services Organization.
• Engage customers by asking open-ended questions and actively listening to their project and product needs.
• Clearly articulate merchandise features and benefits while explaining project steps.
• Exhibit product and service knowledge to effectively respond to customer inquiries.
• Recognize opportunities to involve customers in additional service programs.
• Collaborate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on designated tasks.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and work schedules.
• Travel to appointments and provide support to company locations as necessary.
• Meet customer service, measurement accuracy, timeliness, and sales productivity objectives.
• Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation required.
• High school diploma and/or GED is typically required for this position.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
• Previous leadership experience is not mandatory.
• Must be able to stand or walk continuously.
• Regularly required to lift, handle, or carry moderate-weight materials or equipment (weighing 8–20 pounds).
• Travel between locations is necessary.
• Work will be performed using company-issued devices.
