This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Efficiently and accurately complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measurement appointments.

• Deliver high-quality professional customer service that meets or exceeds company standards and customer expectations.

• Build, maintain, and enhance customer relationships through daily interactions.

• Assist with sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and installation coordination.

• Execute precise measurements and calculations, and review and present quotes.

• Explain merchandise features and benefits, as well as project completion steps.

• Showcase knowledge of products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.

• Identify opportunities to engage customers with additional service programs.

• Collaborate with associates, supervisors, and managers on assigned tasks.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and work schedules.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Reliable transportation is required.

• High school diploma and/or GED is necessary.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required.

• Must be able to stand or walk continuously.

• Regularly lift, handle, or transport moderate-weight materials or equipment weighing between 8–20 pounds.

• Travel between locations is required.

• Capability to perform accurate measurements, calculations, quote reviews, and presentations.

• Ability to provide customer service and articulate merchandise features, benefits, and project steps.
