MCAD Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee a technical implementation team in all facets of solution deployment.

• Conduct workshops, create solutions, and build consensus among all stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful delivery of technology aligned with business value.

• Lead and assist in the development of requirement specifications, Use Cases, and functional specifications.

• Execute solution analysis and create customer-facing proposals while contributing to the development of proposals and statements of work.

• Convert customer requirements into technical solutions through a comprehensive understanding of the XPLM suite of tools.

• Lead or engage in the delivery of Proof-of-Concept engagements with key prospects.

• Offer input to the professional services team regarding methodologies and tools.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to other team members as needed.

• Collaborate with project members and review the team’s deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience).

• A minimum of 3-7 years of relevant CAD experience (with tools such as SOLIDWORKS, Creo, NX, Inventor, etc.).

• Proven experience as a team member in enterprise CAD deployments.

• Knowledge and experience with any PLM system, particularly regarding CAD integration.

• Demonstrated experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.

• Industry knowledge in any of the following areas: Engineering Change processes, Phase Gate Project Management, Quality systems processes, DFMEA, PFMEA, CAPA, Manufacturing Process Planning, BOM Management.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
