This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Assist in the daily operations, maintenance, and enhancement of Maximo 7.6.1 across various instances.

• Oversee user accounts, security groups, and ensure license compliance.

• Execute administrative updates utilizing Application Designer, Escalations, Cron Tasks, and Communication Templates.

• Design, code, and document modifications to the system.

• Create and revise intricate Workflows, Action Groups, and Roles to adapt to evolving business processes.

• Develop and sustain BIRT reports along with Maximo Ad Hoc reports.

• Monitor and troubleshoot existing system interfaces.

• Aid in the design and implementation of new interfaces to guarantee seamless data flow between Maximo and external systems.

• Track and resolve JIRA helpdesk tickets.

• Provide specialized training for Maximo Mobile (Informer).

• Support data migration and import initiatives.

• Assist with software upgrades and patching, ensuring all documentation and technical proposals are precise.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• 5–7 years of technical experience with IBM Maximo (specifically version 7.6.x).

• 3+ years of experience with SQL and database management.

• 3+ years of experience in creating and managing BIRT reports.

• Proven experience with Maximo Integration Framework and Workflow Designer.

• Experience in implementing and troubleshooting Maximo Mobile Informer.

• Capability to obtain and maintain at least an active Secret Clearance.

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and US Passport; willingness to travel for project implementations and workforce training.

• Travel commitment - 20 percent.
