This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the advancement of AI by crafting intricate mathematical problems that challenge and enhance reasoning in state-of-the-art models.

• Develop sophisticated mathematical problems for the training and assessment of cutting-edge AI systems.

• Create deterministic problems that yield a single correct solution.

• Compose comprehensive, verified solutions while clearly documenting the reasoning process.

• Design problems that evaluate deep mathematical reasoning rather than mere memorization.

• Utilize Python or specialized tools to construct computational workflows when applicable.

• Guarantee that all outputs are technically accurate, reproducible, and well-articulated in English.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s or PhD in Mathematics or a closely related discipline.

• Significant research or industry experience in mathematical modeling, proof-based reasoning, applied mathematics, or computational mathematics.

• Proficient in Python, with familiarity in libraries such as numpy, scipy, pandas, or similar.

• Strong understanding of algorithms, numerical methods, and computational techniques.

• Capability to design original, challenging problems that reflect authentic mathematical workflows.

• Exceptional attention to detail and competence in technical writing in English.

• Preferred: Experience with symbolic math systems, theorem provers, optimization solvers, or other mathematical software.

• Background in olympiad-level, graduate-level, or research-level problem design.

• Experience in evaluating model reasoning, benchmarking, or designing technical assessments.
