Mathematics AI Training Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the advancement of AI by crafting intricate mathematical problems that assess and enhance reasoning capabilities in state-of-the-art models.

• Design deterministic problems that yield a single correct solution.

• Produce comprehensive, verified solutions and meticulously document the reasoning process.

• Create problems that challenge deep mathematical reasoning rather than simple memorization.

• Utilize Python or specialized tools to establish computational workflows when applicable.

• Guarantee that all outputs are technically accurate, reproducible, and articulated clearly in English.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s or PhD in Mathematics or a closely related discipline.

• Significant research or industry experience in mathematical modeling, proof-based reasoning, applied mathematics, or computational mathematics.

• Proficient in Python, with familiarity in libraries such as numpy, scipy, pandas, or similar.

• Solid understanding of algorithms, numerical methods, and computational techniques.

• Capability to devise original, challenging problems that reflect authentic mathematical workflows.

• Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in technical writing in English.

• Preferred: Experience with symbolic math systems, theorem provers, optimization solvers, or other mathematical software.

• Background in designing problems at the olympiad, graduate, or research levels.

• Experience in evaluating model reasoning, benchmarking, or designing technical assessments.
