This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Create sophisticated mathematical challenges for the training and assessment of cutting-edge AI systems.

• Develop deterministic problems that yield a single correct solution.

• Produce comprehensive, verified solutions and thoroughly document the reasoning behind them.

• Design problems that assess profound mathematical reasoning rather than mere rote memorization.

• When applicable, utilize Python or specialized tools to establish computational workflows.

• Guarantee that all outputs are technically accurate, reproducible, and articulated clearly in English.

• A Master’s or PhD in Mathematics or a closely related discipline.

• Significant research or industry experience related to mathematical modeling, proof-based reasoning, applied mathematics, or computational mathematics.

• Proficient in Python; familiarity with libraries such as numpy, scipy, pandas, or equivalent.

• Strong understanding of algorithms, numerical methods, and computational techniques.

• Capability to create original, challenging problems that reflect authentic mathematical workflows.

• Exceptional attention to detail along with proficient technical writing skills in English.
