Martech Operations Analyst – Braze

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate within the Martech team to apply best practices and maximize the potential of our Braze account;

• Enhance the utilization of the tool while aiding in the assessment and integration of new technologies;

• Function as a Braze expert to empower the marketing team in executing top-tier marketing campaigns;

• Offer continuous support to the marketing team in areas such as access, training, optimization, and best practices;

• Investigate and apply AI solutions to refine automation workflows, ensuring increased scale, personalization, and responsiveness in CRM communications;

• Coordinate with various teams globally regarding requests directed to our team;

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong communication skills;

• At least 2 years of experience with Braze;

• Proficiency in HTML for emails and familiarity with Liquid template language;

• Knowledge of WhatsApp and SMS strategies is advantageous;

• Practical experience or a keen interest in leveraging Generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to enhance data analysis, campaign orchestration, and data architecture. Familiarity with Braze's native AI features is a bonus;

• Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus;

• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making;

• Effective problem-solving abilities and logical reasoning skills;

• Detail-oriented, organized, and hands-on, while maintaining an awareness of the broader perspective;
