This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take full responsibility for the comprehensive management of Neato's Amazon Vendor Central account(s), encompassing catalog, content, and listing operations.
• Oversee Vendor Central dashboards and alerts to identify listing problems, catalog inaccuracies, content issues, and system notifications; address or escalate matters as necessary.
• Generate new product listings and item setups with precise attributes, proper categorization, and adherence to policies.
• Implement bulk uploads and flat file submissions for new products, attribute modifications, and catalog updates.
• Administer parent/child variation family relationships effectively.
• Resolve catalog and listing errors and manage cases with Amazon Vendor Support until resolution.
• Maintain Vendor Central content, which includes product images, A+ Content, and Brand Store pages.
• Conduct audits of the Vendor Central catalog to identify suppressed listings, content deficiencies, and data inconsistencies.
• Keep track of Glance Views and other Vendor Central ARA reports for catalog-related visibility or performance concerns.
• Assist the Marketplace Catalog team with Seller Central catalog operations and third-party tasks as required.
• Collaborate with Marketplace Operations Managers and brand teams to prioritize catalog tasks and communicate the status of issues.
• Proactively identify potential catalog risks before they impact sales, visibility, or Featured Offer performance.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as case resolution, issue resolution, upload timeliness, and catalog accuracy.
• Demonstrated experience in managing an Amazon Vendor Central account, including catalog, listings, and content management.
• Solid understanding of Amazon Seller Central catalog operations, covering listings, flat files, and variation management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Ability to handle a high volume of listings and notifications efficiently.
• Expertise in flat file uploads, new item setups, and resolving catalog and content issues.
• Familiarity with Vendor Central reporting tools, including Glance Views and ARA, is advantageous.
• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities and work autonomously in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Comfort in liaising directly with Amazon Vendor Support.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketplace catalog or vendor management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other pertinent tools.
