Marketing Virtual Assistant – Promotional Products, Campaign Execution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and schedule email marketing campaigns and basic automations using platforms such as HubSpot and Mailchimp (or comparable tools).

• Oversee integrated marketing initiatives across email, social media, web, direct mail, and events to ensure that assets, timelines, and deliverables remain on track.

• Compose, proofread, and make light edits to marketing content for emails, social media posts, basic landing pages, and outreach kits, ensuring alignment with each client’s brand voice.

• Generate and schedule social media content consistently, in line with client campaigns and promotional calendars.

• Monitor and summarize essential social media and email analytics to guide future content and campaign strategies.

• Support the coordination of direct mail campaigns and branded kits, making sure that creative elements, lists, timelines, and vendors are synchronized.

• Assist in building or updating straightforward websites and landing pages to reflect current campaigns and enhance relevant conversions.

• Keep track of reviews, comments, and brand mentions.

• Act as a key support member of the Proven team to ensure that deliverables, dependencies, and communication flow seamlessly across various client projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the US promotional products sector, including suppliers, decorators, product trends, and the sourcing and selling processes of branded merchandise by distributors.

• Proven experience in executing digital marketing initiatives (email and social media).

• Practical experience with tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar email marketing platforms.

• Excellent writing and editing abilities (clear, persuasive, and consistent with brand messaging).

• Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar).

• Basic experience in updating websites or landing pages (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or similar builders).
