This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of and implement marketing plans for Clinical Assessment in France and Canada that align with annual revenue, pipeline, and growth goals.
• Create and execute integrated marketing strategies for key products and solutions across digital channels, effectively balancing brand development with demand generation.
• Convert market priorities into distinct campaign hypotheses, audience segmentation, channel selection, budget distribution, and key performance indicators for both regions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales teams in France and Canada to ensure campaign alignment with territory priorities, key accounts, and sales strategies.
• Evaluate market trends, customer insights, and performance metrics to guide strategic choices, optimize investments, and enhance outcomes.
• Guarantee that bilingual (French/English) messaging and positioning clearly convey value to clinicians, educators, and institutional buyers while adhering to local regulations, practice models, and procurement conditions.
• Oversee the complete execution of campaigns focused on France and Canada, from development of briefs to launch and post-campaign analysis.
• Facilitate the creation of locally relevant campaign materials, including digital and product marketing resources, sales enablement tools, thought leadership, clinical education content, and success stories/case studies.
• Utilize Wrike (or similar platforms) to manage timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring timely delivery aligned with regional priorities.
• Work with Creative Services, subject matter experts, and external partners to ensure that assets are clinically accurate, aligned with brand standards, and culturally/linguistically suitable.
• Manage localization and translation processes to ensure quality and consistency across French and English materials.
• Act as the main marketing liaison for Clinical Assessment in France and Canada, serving as a trusted partner to sales, product, and global marketing teams.
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment on priorities, messaging, and launch readiness.
• Represent the voice of local customers and the market, providing insights on competitive dynamics, channel effectiveness, and buyer needs into planning and execution.
• Monitor and communicate campaign performance, sharing insights and recommendations to continuously enhance outcomes across both regions.
• Proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, education, or regulated professional industries.
• Proven track record in delivering integrated marketing campaigns linked to revenue, pipeline, and growth targets.
• Significant experience in digital marketing, campaign development, and content creation/localization.
• Competency in marketing analytics and CRM platforms (preferably GA4, Tableau, Salesforce).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• This role is eligible for participation in an annual incentive program.
