This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Leading the formulation and implementation of American AgCredit’s Corporate Banking marketing strategy.

• Driving brand expansion, customer interaction, and business development results.

• Acting as a strategic partner for the Corporate Banking team.

• Utilizing marketplace intelligence and stakeholder feedback to develop integrated marketing plans.

• Overseeing the marketing planning and budgeting procedures.

• Managing essential strategic partnerships.

• Ensuring impactful and consistent marketing to support Association objectives.

• Promoting innovation and advocating for a data-driven approach to marketing performance and ongoing improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Over 7 years of progressive experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or business development.

• Proven experience in leading integrated marketing planning and budget oversight.

• Knowledge of sponsor/private equity structures and their role within agriculture-related sectors.

• Experience in agriculture, financial services, or cooperative business models.

• Familiarity with the structure of the Farm Credit System, alliances, and industry partnerships.

• Strong grasp of business development processes and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred).

• Demonstrated ability to analyze marketplace data and convert insights into actionable strategies.

• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills with the capability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Experience in managing external partnerships, alliances, and sponsorships.
