• Demonstrated experience in email marketing, with a proven history of executing successful campaigns.
• Expertise in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of audience segmentation, automation, and best practices for deliverability.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and refine campaigns accordingly.
• Exceptional copywriting and communication abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Preferred: Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing environments.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or digital advertising is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience in a fast-paced or startup setting.
• Basic design proficiency in Canva or similar tools is an added advantage.
