Marketing Specialist – Email and Social Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, design, and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated workflows.

• Segment target audiences to facilitate personalized and behavior-driven campaigns.

• Oversee and maintain email databases to guarantee accuracy, list health, and deliverability.

• Execute A/B testing on subject lines, content, and calls-to-action to enhance performance.

• Track and report on essential email metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates.

• Ensure adherence to email marketing regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to synchronize email strategies with overarching business objectives.

• Partner with designers and copywriters to create engaging, brand-aligned email content.

• Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

• Continuously improve segmentation, personalization, and automation techniques.

• Stay informed about email marketing best practices, industry developments, and new tools.

• Investigate integrations with CRM systems, websites, and paid marketing channels to optimize results.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in email marketing, with a proven history of executing successful campaigns.

• Expertise in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools.

• Comprehensive understanding of audience segmentation, automation, and best practices for deliverability.

• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and refine campaigns accordingly.

• Exceptional copywriting and communication abilities.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Preferred: Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing environments.

• Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.

• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or digital advertising is a plus but not mandatory.

• Experience in a fast-paced or startup setting.

• Basic design proficiency in Canva or similar tools is an added advantage.
