This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The U.S. Marketing Specialist serves as the essential operational support for the U.S. marketing function.
• Reporting to the U.S. Marketing Manager, this position takes both strategic and creative guidance and translates it into organized execution.
• Manage relationships with media and event partners, the global team, and content creators to ensure agility and efficiency.
• Oversee the daily workflow: briefing partners, coordinating deliverables, publishing content, managing event logistics, collecting media partner metrics, and handling budget management.
• Coordinate campaigns, monitor deliverables, and oversee approvals for final assets in collaboration with partners and stakeholders.
• Maintain an overview of the budget and reconcile invoices with the approved U.S. marketing budget.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Strong project management capabilities; naturally organized and comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders independently.
• Practical social media experience, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Experience in gathering media partner metrics and delivering results through reporting and tracking platforms.
• Proven ability to work with vendors, agencies, and cross-functional teams in a structured and accountable manner.
• Excellent written communication skills and a service-oriented mindset towards both internal and external partners.
• Familiarity with the U.S. livestock or agricultural industry is highly preferred.
• Experience in a scale-up or fast-growing market is advantageous.
