This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the measurement strategy for Compass brands
• Manage the entire measurement conversation lifecycle
• Convert outputs from MMM, incrementality, and attribution models into actionable decisions for operators
• Plan tests strategically across various channels
• Assist brands in creating a comprehensive measurement roadmap
• Be the go-to channel expert
• Provide support to sales as a subject matter expert
• Contribute insights to product development from an external perspective
• Proven operational experience on a large scale
• Proficiency in measurement concepts
• Expertise in paid media and channels: 5+ years of experience managing or closely supervising paid media efforts
• Fluency in an omnichannel approach
• Strong communication skills suitable for executive-level discussions
• Direct experience with brands generating $50M–$500M+ in revenue
• Practical knowledge of multi-platform attribution tools
• Experience in evaluating or implementing incrementality test findings
