This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive QA framework for all automated and ad hoc player communications via email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, and web channels.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on all marketing materials, including emails, pop-ups, and weblayers, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Oversee the campaign development process from creative requests to setup across various teams and platforms.
• Evaluate all communication design, content, and functionality for clarity, consistency, and user-friendliness.
• Manage and coordinate creative requests and builds across different platforms.
• Ensure that marketing content aligns with customer demands and expectations.
• Implement testing strategies aimed at optimizing business performance.
• Lead initiatives for market, player, and product research to aid in strategic planning and competitive positioning.
• Analyze player behavior, game performance, and market trends to uncover growth and optimization opportunities.
• Generate high-quality research reports and executive-level insights that impact product roadmaps and marketing strategies.
• Provide insights to shape promotional strategies, player segmentation, and retention initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail and experience in quality control are essential.
• Must be responsible, well-organized, independent, quick to learn, able to multitask, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be a team player.
• Preferred 3-5+ years of marketing experience.
• 5-8+ years of experience in data analytics, QA, research, or related fields; experience in online gaming, lotteries, or regulated digital industries is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Some travel may be required.
