• Oversee project management and operational execution for comprehensive tactical marketing initiatives, campaign implementations, and smaller portfolio projects.
• Develop and oversee project timelines, workback schedules, dependencies, approvals, and milestone tracking to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle multiple simultaneous workstreams while effectively managing changing priorities and business requirements.
• Recognize execution risks, proactively escalate obstacles, and facilitate issue resolution to uphold delivery quality and speed.
• Marketing Workflow & Process Management Leverage workflow and asset management tools (such as Aprimo or similar platforms) for managing project intake, routing, approvals, and asset submissions.
• Ensure compliance with established governance, campaign workflows, and operational standards.
• Keep project documentation, trackers, meeting notes, and status updates to maintain stakeholder visibility and accountability.
• Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders, creative teams, agency partners, and external vendors to synchronize deliverables and approvals.
• Facilitate seamless transitions between business, creative, legal, compliance, and production teams.
• Assist with portfolio-level messaging initiatives and campaign execution efforts across various business priorities.
• Creative & Messaging Support Aid in refining messaging, planning creative execution, and ensuring campaign readiness for selected initiatives.
• Support the adaptation of campaign assets and messaging across different channels while maintaining brand consistency and compliance standards.
• Contribute to piloting and enhancing operational processes related to campaign delivery and creative production.
• Stakeholder Communication Provide consistent status updates, timeline communications, and issue tracking among stakeholders.
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment in a matrixed, cross-functional environment. Assist with leadership reporting and operational reviews as necessary.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, campaign execution, account management, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from start to finish in marketing, creative, or campaign-driven environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise organizations in financial services, banking, insurance, or other highly regulated sectors is mandatory.
• Strong project management skills with proficiency in timelines, workflows, approvals, and stakeholder communications.
• Familiarity with marketing workflow and asset management tools such as Aprimo or comparable platforms.
• Knowledge of creative production workflows, campaign lifecycle management, and cross-channel marketing execution.
• Awareness of compliance-driven marketing environments and approval processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
