• You will be responsible for managing the sales-enablement and SDR operations aspect of our Google Cloud Co-op campaign.
• SDR agency management – sourcing, contracting, and overseeing an SDR agency that will serve as the outbound voice of Revolgy in the campaign markets.
• Sales-ready content – organizing campaign outputs (interviews, benchmark reports, growth playbook) into materials that sales teams can effectively utilize: introductory emails, landing pages, newsletters, and one-pagers.
• Agency coordination – overseeing copy, design, and development agencies to ensure timely delivery of assets that are properly branded and compliant with Co-op standards.
• Budget and reporting – monitoring the workstream budget, providing weekly reports, and maintaining audit-ready Proof of Execution documentation.
• Campaign connection – ensuring that marketing outputs lead to tangible pipeline development and sales discussions rather than just deliverables.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in coordinating multiple projects, people, and tasks simultaneously.
• Prior experience with outbound sales, SDR activities, or lead generation – even if you weren't directly involved, you understand the distinction between a genuine SDR motion and a call center.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, project management tools, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Comfort with entering unfamiliar environments and delivering results promptly.
• You will excel in this role if you: Take ownership without needing permission – you recognize what needs to be done and take action. Can maintain multiple workstreams without overlooking details. Can communicate clearly and directly with agencies, internal teams, and stakeholders. Have a curiosity about B2B SaaS, Google Cloud, or co-marketing and vendor programs – even if your experience in those areas is still developing. Treat deadlines as commitments, not mere suggestions.
• Genuine Ownership From Day One – You will have complete responsibility for a workstream from start to finish, with the freedom to shape its operation and the accountability that comes with it.
• A Campaign Already in Motion – You will not be starting from scratch. There is existing content, an active campaign structure, and a team that is already executing. Your role is to integrate, take charge of the sales-enablement aspect, and enhance its effectiveness.
• Exposure to Vendor Co-Marketing at Scale – You will work within a Google Cloud Co-op framework, gaining invaluable experience with co-funded program mechanics, compliance, and reporting – insights that are hard to find elsewhere.
• Opportunities for Growth – This position begins as a part-time engagement, but the scope is set to expand. If you perform well, the role will grow alongside the campaign.
• A Fast-Paced Team – We prioritize initiative over strict processes, delivery over perfection, and value individuals who find solutions rather than waiting for direction.
