This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Manage and refresh the marketing master calendar in Monday.com, tracking campaigns, launches, and activations from inception to completion.
β’ Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and task advancement to ensure deadlines are met and updates are accurately reflected in Monday.com.
β’ Prepare and organize project briefs while assisting in task assignment under the guidance of the Director of Marketing.
β’ Facilitate communication among marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure a seamless project flow.
β’ Schedule and lead weekly marketing syncs, document action items, and follow up on subsequent steps.
β’ Compile and refresh campaign status reports, dashboards, and key metrics for review by marketing leadership.
β’ Assist in documenting processes and maintaining templates, SOPs, and workflow resources within Monday.com.
β’ Manage vendor communication, track purchase orders, and submit invoices for marketing initiatives.
β’ Help with scheduling, logistics, and documentation for marketing meetings, photo shoots, and events.
β’ Aid in maintaining organization and consistency across various projects, fostering focus and timely execution in a dynamic environment.
β’ 1β3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project support, or operations; experience in e-commerce or DTC is advantageous.
β’ Proficient in Monday.com or similar project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
β’ Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
β’ Strong and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
β’ Capable of managing multiple priorities, adhering to established processes, and adjusting to evolving needs.
β’ Exhibits initiative, reliability, and accountability in completing assigned tasks.
β’ A collaborative team player who fosters alignment and an efficient workflow across departments.
β’ An interest in mission-driven, sustainable, or clean brands is appreciated.
β’ Openness to occasional travel for company meetings, events, or retreats.
