Marketing Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary coordinator tasked with converting go-to-market strategies into practical marketing plans.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, creative teams, and marketing partners to oversee project timelines and ensure campaign readiness.

• Assist in delivering customer-centric marketing programs.

• Manage the entire project lifecycle for marketing initiatives, from planning to execution.

• Create and uphold comprehensive project timelines and dependency tracking.

• Assess project risks and devise mitigation strategies.

• Align priorities among various stakeholders to achieve successful business outcomes.

• Establish and maintain consistent operational rhythms and provide status updates.

• Generate project updates, status reports, recommendations, and presentations for stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in cross-functional project or program management.

• More than 3 years of experience in managing project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications.

• At least 3 years of experience utilizing project tracking and reporting tools, such as Excel and collaborative planning platforms.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting marketing operations, campaign execution, launch planning, or go-to-market initiatives.

• Proven experience managing multiple simultaneous projects in a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the capability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating with various teams.
