This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of all print and digital marketing materials to our stores nationwide.
• Acquire quotes from external suppliers.
• Organize project assets, establish artwork specifications, and evaluate submissions.
• Offer project guidance and print expertise to internal teams.
• Accountable for developing workback schedules and managing projects while adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and strive for continuous improvement in our collaborative efforts.
• Extensive knowledge of the print industry.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a production setting and familiarity with multimedia standards for both print and digital formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong project management abilities with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Capability to adapt quickly and eliminate project obstacles.
• High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
